DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
50% of amount quoted to be paid in order to reserve the house. The balance is due on arrival in cash. We work strictly on a first come first serve basis whereby the first persons to commit by paying the deposit reserves the house. Without the deposit paid, availability can’t be guaranteed.
We only accept cheque payments for payments made 14 days before arrival. We do not have credit card facilities. Departing after 9am will result in being billed for another day. For international payments (made outside SA) an admin fee of R200.00 per payment will be charged in addition to the quote.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation
In the event of the booking being cancelled or the duration of stay reduced, the deposit is not refundable.
Damage caused to property
We trust the house will be left in the same state as when it was handed over, since it will enable us to keep the rates as low as possible. Damage caused to the apartment during your stay will be for your account.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
False alarms
False alarms resulting in the armed response company responding to the call will be billed in addition at a rate of R150 per response. To prevent false alarm cost, a call will be made to reach you and if unreachable the response company will be instructed to respond.
Number of occupants
If the number of occupants exceeds the number quoted for, the quote will be adjusted accordingly and a penalty of R500 will be charged.
