DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
100% of the amount quoted to be paid in order to reserve the cottage.
We work strictly on a first come first serve basis whereby the first persons to commit by paying the deposit reserves the cottage.
Without the deposit paid, availability can’t be guaranteed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of the booking being cancelled, the number of persons booked for reduced or the duration of stay reduced, the deposit is not refundable.
Please Note
Damage caused to property
We trust the cottage will be left in the same state as when it was handed over, since it will enable us to keep the rates as low as possible. Damage caused to the property or content thereof during your stay will be for your account.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, but there is a patio where smoking is allowed. If this is not adhered to, a fine of R 1 000-00 per event will be billed.
