DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required for bookings made one month or longer prior to check in date. 100% deposit is required for bookings made less than one month prior to check in date.

A R 220.00 admin fee is applicable once off per lodge per reservations.

A R500 Breakage deposit (refundable) will be charged for 2 bedroom lodges.
A R1000 Breakage deposit (refundable) will be charged for ¾ bedrooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 60-45 days prior to check in date: 10% cancellation fees
Cancellation 44-15 days prior to check in date: 50% cancellation fees
Cancellation 14-1 days prior to check in date: 80% cancellation fees
No Shows: 100% cancellation fees
