DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
To confirm your reservation a 50% deposit of the full value is required 7 days prior to arrival. Alternately you may provide us with all credit card details (including VIN number), or an Agent’s Voucher.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation made more than 7 days before booking date, an administration fee of 20% of the total amount is payable.
In the event of a cancellation received 24 hours to 7 days before the booking date, an administration fee of 30% is payable.
Should a cancellation be received less than 24 hours of the booking date, a 50% of the full amount will be payable as a cancellation fee.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged, as costs and losses have been incurred.
