Penrith 103 is a stylish two bedroom self catering apartment offering luxury Cape Town accommodation with fabulous views over the marina in the V&A Waterfront. The City Bowl, Clifton beaches, Camps Bay, Table Mountain and its cableway are all within a relatively short drive from the Waterfront. The Cape Winelands are renowned the world around for the excellent wines hailing from this region. Many of the wine farms are less than an hour's drive from the V & A.

Self Catering Accommodation

This Cape Town holiday apartment is beautifully decorated and sleeps four guests in two lovely bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, the main is en-suite with a shower and a bath, while the second is separate and also has both a bath and shower. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own swimming and beach towels.

The unit is well equipped with a comfortable lounge area that has a TV with DStv and a DVD player. The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay and there is a lovely dining table for you to enjoy your meals.

Outside there are two balconies offering magnificent views. The complex itself has four communal swimming pools, secure parking and 24 hour security.

The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is flanked by Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, which combine to create dramatic, breathtaking backdrops, best enjoyed while sampling local wines and some of the finest cuisine in Cape Town.

In addition to the many stores (ranging from national retail outlets to unique speciality boutiques), there is also a buzzing entertainment area that includes movie theatres, an amphitheatre, and a live theatre.
