DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 30% deposit due upfront to confirm booking and balance of payment due two weeks before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of a cancellation during (school holidays and long weekends) prior to the accommodation having been paid in full – the deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-let the accommodation. Should the full amount already have been paid then only the portion re-let will be refunded. Out of school holidays 14 days’ notice is required for a full refund.
