The chalet's were clean and had everything we required. The view from our room (chalet 6) was spectacular - could not have asked for better. The spectacular pool that we actually were looking forward to swimming in, was not working and conveniently, we were not told about this prior to arrival. So that was a bit of a downer! The attitude of the lady at reception was rather rude, abrupt and quite frankly she came across as being a bit racist. Other than that, it's a stunning place, with lots to do and I would most definitely reccomend it. |

Firendly staff at the reception. Neat and clean all around. Spectacular view! Basic chalets, but ideal if you want to be touring during the day and just need a place to rest. Self catering chalets with a nice braai area on the porch. For the price, this is a real bargain! Would definitely go back when in the area. |

The area around the B&B is amazing, the view from the chalet breathtaking! We had a small Chalet (Nr 3) with a little kitchen, a small bedroom and a very simple (!) bathroom without a shower(?!), There was only a tub and we used a kettle to shower. The plaster crumbled off the walls. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed starting the day sitting an the terrace next to the pool. |

I stayed at the Panorama in January 2009 for 2 nights. lady on recieption could do with some customer service lessons!!!!. but the chalet were basic but very clean,the view from our chalet was amazing. The night we arrived there was a thunder strom and the view and sounds blow me away. In easy reach to visit Pilgrams town,Pinnacle,Blyde river canyon,God windowthe mac mac falls are a bit disappointing but the lisbon falls are fabulous and the Pancakes at harrys are to die for. Would totally recommend the Panorama chalets. |
