DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A full pre- payment is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, unless other arrangements have been made. When paying via bank transfer our bookings folio number is required as a reference. Rates are excluding bank fees. The booking will be automatically be released if we do not receive payment by the specified due date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the total amount if cancelled > 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
100% of the total amount if cancelled < 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
