Mid Season (1 October to 15 December and 10 January to 14 July)

R700 per night for the apartment

Notes:

* Rates quoted above are per apartment per night. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
For 2 night stay add R50 per night, for 1 night stay add R100 per night.
During High Season (16 Dec - 12 Jan) we require a minimum 7 days booking.
Babies or toddlers under 2 years can be accommodated in a foldable cot by prior arrangement.

Make a Booking

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

• Reservations made 30 days or more before arrival please pay 25% deposit not less than 60 days before arrival. The balance of 75% is due upon arrival
• Reservations within 30 days of arrival please pay 25% deposit within 2 days of making reservation
• Reservations within 5 days of arrival please pay within 24 hours of making reservation
• No reservation is confirmed unless deposit or full payment is received, whichever is applicable

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Percentage is calculated on the clients total accommodation cost payable
• Cancel within 30 to 15 days before arrival – forfeit 25% of accommodation cost
• Cancel within 14 to 7 days before arrival – forfeit 50% of accommodation cost
• Cancel within 6 days before arrival or less – forfeit 100% of accommodation cost

Should a client have paid a deposit and cancels the reservation we will endeavour to re-let the apartment. If successful we undertake to refund our clients any monies we can recover through this to minimise their loss.

Young babies are accommodated and older children are accommodated on request. A folding cot is available.
