A 50% booking deposit is required with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation I will issue a refund to the extent I can rent the same dates to others. In the event of bona fide illness or family emergency I will reschedule you to other mutually agreed dates on a good faith basis. Exceptions made on a case-by-case basis. Full deposit and cancellation provisions will be contained in the rental agreement.
