CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of booking more than 90 days prior to arrival date: 80% of the deposit will be paid back.
Cancellation of booking between 30-90 days prior to arrival date: 30% of the deposit will be paid back.
Cancellation of booking between 10-30 days prior to arrival date: the deposit will not be paid back.
Cancellation of booking less than 10 days prior to arrival date: the deposit will not be paid back and if the room is not occupied, you will be responsible for the amount of the booking.
