Ocean View House is a large 17 bedroom four star guest house nestled between the Twelve Apostles mountain range and overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Ocean View is across the road from Bakoven Beach and a 10 minute walk to Camps Bay main beach and restaurants.

Our property boasts the most beautiful ocean and mountain views as well as gardens and bird life. We also have a large swimming pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, koi pond, bar area, all-night security, ample parking, wireless internet access and much much more.

A luxurious and spacious suite with lounge area, panoramic views of the ocean and the gardens. The large private balcony is the ideal spot to watch the sun set in the ocean right in front of you. With either twin or double beds, our luxury rooms are spacious, luxurious and either have garden or ocean views.

Four Royal Suites
Our royal suites are large with lounge seating area and ocean views. Most royal suites can take an extra bed.

Two Pool Deck Rooms
The smaller of our rooms with basic necessities situated next to the pool with large terrace area and ocean views.

Garden Suite
Large and quiet with lounge seating area. Situated on the ground floor looking onto the gardens. Also with small self-catering kitchenette.

Milkwood Suite
Stunning very large room with kitchenette, separate bedroom, two separate private balconies overlooking the ocean and the twelve apostles mountain range.
