DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Booking will be confirmed once a deposit of 50% has been received within 24 hours of booking and the balance is due in full 4 days prior to arrival.
Non-payment of deposit will be regarded as a booking cancellation.
Corporate clients are exempted from deposit but payment will be due on presentation of the invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refund on advance bookings will be entertained if cancellation is made within 28 days prior to date of arrival.
All payments thereafter will be refunded less agent commission (where applicable) and banking costs after the payment has been cleared by our bank (allow 21 days).
