This self-catering cottage offers high ceilings and open-plan living. The cottage has two spacious en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is equipped with twin / two single beds and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, hand basin and WC. Additional beds can be added to the living area if required.The cottage has air-conditioning, fans and a large veranda. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery as well as a breakfast nook. The lounge area is equipped with a large leather couch and a flat-screen TV.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
