DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Reservations must be confirmed in writing and accompanied with a 50% bank deposit (from a bank account) or by a 50% credit card payment. The balance is to be settled by cash (Rands) or by credit card on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a booking is cancelled 1-14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.
The full reservation value will be levied for a same day cancellation or no show.
