I wish to thank the Manager of the resort for going out of his way to make our stay at Mount Sheba most enjoyable. Everybody was very obliging and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for a wonderful 4 days, the treat of Suite 11, and the special efforts made to welcome us. 'Very much appreciated. We want to compliment Housekeeping - our room was always immaculate and welcoming. After this accolade, we deliberated on mentioning this but must mention that expertise of the staff in the Dinner lounge is only marginally better than the staff in the Breakfast facility, which is so poor. A bit of management supervision would make such an improvement. Such a shame when the location and the facilities are so wonderful. But overall we have such good memories of a special place. Thank you. |
