About Mount Edgecombe Estate Lodge
Situated on the ninth tee of Course One at Mount Edgecombe Country Club Estate. With just six double rooms, guests are ensured of personalised hospitality.
Mount Edgecombe Estate Lodge, the luxury golfing lodge, is situated on the most beautiful and secure Golf Estate in South Africa. Mount Edgecombe was originally part of a sugar estate and mill and even before that (approximately 138 years ago) elephants were reported to have roamed freely on the land where golfers now walk along lush fairways.
Mount Edgecombe Golf Lodge offers the visitor a taste of Colonial Elegance. Its lodge is built along those elegant, colonial lines which remind one of early Africa - without the hardship!
Situated on the ninth tee of Course One (there are two golf courses at Mount Edgecombe), the Lodge is within walking distance of the Clubhouse and all its facilities. The magnificent, subtropical vegetation allows you to believe that you are in a golfers´paradise - indeed you are! With just six double rooms, guests are ensured of the personalised hospitality of our resident Manager Couple, who will give you their full attention during your stay.

Our bedrooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. Twin beds can be arranged to suit couples or single golfers sharing. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, a separate bath and shower, two hand basins, a toilet and bidet. The decor includes a captivating montage of pictures featuring international golfing personalities, wildlife and scenery from the golf course.
