There are 4 identical Sparrows Nest Rooms that can each accommodate a maximum of 3 guests. The units are furnished with a king-size bed and a single bed or three singles beds if preferred. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and a toilet. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, and a heat and eat station, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and a toaster. How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 2 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 360 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
