Our fine dining restaurant in the historic 1892 Stanford Spookhuis presents a fusion of classic and contemporary South African Cuisine and a fabulous wine cellar. Organic produce and herbs are gathered daily from our garden, bread is baked each day, fresh fish is ordered in regularly from the local harbours, and select meats are custom cut at a local butchery.
