Mika's Tree is a free standing holiday cottage. The cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests. It consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains three single beds. The second bedroom is an upstairs loft bedroom, located above the kitchen. The loft room is furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, hand basin and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a four-plate stove and oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, and utensils. There is a four-seater dining table and chairs. The living area has a couch and a large flat-screen TV with full premium DStv. The cottage has a grassed garden with outdoor furniture, an outdoor braai area and seating. The cottage is serviced daily on weekdays. Free Wi-Fi internet access is provided. Secure parking for two vehicles is provided. The cottage is protected by an alarm system linked to an armed response company.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
