Best hospitality along our Garden Route trip with my fiancee. We really enjoyed our stay even though short. Very well kept rooms for such an affordable rate. Christine, you are such a wonderful hostess. We enjoyed our stay in Cape Town too, but unfortunately it was raining when we got to Hermanus.

We stayed at Mermaid Guest house in June 2010 for 9 nights. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and Asthore and Andre were fantastic hosts. Asthore checked in with us everyday to see if we were still happy. Traveling with 2 toddlers can be daunting, and we were never made to feel that our children were a burden or nuisance.
All the staff were friendly and would go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.
We will definately stay at Mermaid Guest house again, when we are in the Struisbaai area. |

Ashore we would like to thank you for your hospitality and excellent service during our 3 day stay. We had the most relaxed and "close to home" stay, with clean linnen, beautiful room and a great breakfast. It was definately worth the stay. We will be BACK.
