DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We require a 50% deposit or 1 night accommodation rate, whichever is the greater. This confirms and secures your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No shows do not qualify for a refund.
If we are able to resell your room a 10% handling fee is charged, otherwise the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancalletion 0-7 days prior to check in date: no refund
Cancalletion 8-14 days prior to check in date: 25% refund
Cancalletion 15-30 days prior to check in date: 50% refund
Cancalletion 31+ days prior to check in date: 10% handling fee
