DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit of the total payable is required to confirm any bookings Key Deposit of R100 per key & remote is payable in cash on arrival, which is fully refundable on return of keys and remote in working order. Breakages Deposit – Self Catering. A breakages deposit of R1000 is payable in cash on arrival when the house is being rented out as a self catering holiday home.

30 days cancellation notice - Full refund
2 weeks cancellation notice – 50% refund
1 weeks cancellation notice – 25% refund
No refund for cancellation within one week of date of arrival
