DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

50% of total within 2 days to confirm booking. Proof of deposit required via fax only. Full outstanding balance is payable arrival for full period booked and number of persons. No charges in booking details will be accepted on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

32 days and longer before arrival date - full refund less R50 admin fee.
16 - 31 days before arrival date - 50% of payment refund only.
15 days and less before arrival date - NO REFUND.
No arrival - No refund / early Departure - No refund.
A refund will be considered only when period cancelled is filled again. The refund will be calculated pro-rata for days filled, less 10% admin fee. Payment will happen at the end of each month.
