DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is due on confirmation of booking to secure the reservation, of which 10% is non-refundable. Full prepayment must be received no later than 20 days prior to arrival.

Groups of 10 or more must pay a 10% non-refundable deposit to the total value of the reservation - this must be received within 7 days of confirmation of the reservation. A further 40% deposit is to be paid 120 days prior to arrival with the balance paid 45 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 31 - 60 days prior to arrival : 25% cancellation fee on the value of the booking
Cancellation 0 - 30 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee on the value of the booking

Groups (10 or more guests):
Cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival : 10% cancellation fee on the value of the booking
Cancellation 46 - 60 days prior to arrival : 10% cancellation fee on the value of the booking
Cancellation 0 - 45 days prior to arrival : 100% cancellation fee on the value of the booking
