A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 30+ days prior to check-in date, full refund.
Cancellation 22-30 days prior to check-in date, 25% of the total account is payable.
Cancellation 15-21 days prior to check-in date, 50% of the total account is payable.
Cancellation 8-14 days prior to check-in date, 75% of the total account is payable.
Cancellation 0-7 days prior to check-in date or non-arrival without prior cancellation, the full amount for the accommodation will be charged to the credit card.
