Children
Maximum 2 children can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in Symphony Room only.
Children under 3 years: no charge. Children 3-12 years: half price.
Notes:
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required during High Season and 3 nights during Peak Season.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required within seven days of booking, to confirm a reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations 22 to 28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellations 29 days or more prior to check-in date, may incur a maximum 5% administration fee to cover banking and processing charges.

In the event of a refund being made to a credit card, an additional 6% credit card surcharge and a 5% administrative charge will be charged and deducted from the relevant cancellation fee (as above).
