The only problems there is no tv on the room .everything is perfect

Excellent, beautiful place, wish we could have stayed longer

Such a gorgeous place. My family and I had the best time ever. Only downside was that when it rained the electricity went off and stayed off until we checked out. This was from the afternoon to the next morning. Also, one struggled to get cell reception. But, it still was quite a great time there.

What a wonderful place to stay. It was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely go again.

Good day. The Markon River Lodge weekend was lovely. Although it rained, we were able to enjoy a private game drive with an excellent driver, Job. He spotted animals and birds from far away. The receptionist was very helpful. We do recommend that Markon's management talk to the authority responsible for the road to Markon River Lodge, especially in the rainy season.

The staff are wonderful. All so accommodating and welcoming, thank you. And the walks are beautiful. We stayed at the tree lodge.

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a most enjoyable stay. Lovely setting with no traffic noise.

If you are looking for a place to relax and be in nature, then this is the place. We enjoyed the fishing.The place is clean and very safe The only negative thing is the gravel road which is a nightmare to drive if it rained.

Thoroughly enjoyed our "short & sweet" stay. Excellent service, very comfortable accommodation and top class meals. Still dreaming of that butternut soup and fillet. Thank you for the game drive, snacks and drinks.

Highly recommended, we really had fun as there is a lot to do. Staff is friendly and the food was excellent. A pretty place to escape, would definitely go back.

were there on a busy worksession but still had a bit of time time to make use of some of the facilities. utterly pleased! the venue is calm, quiet and serene and the food was excellent as well as the service.
