DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required within 8 days of booking to secure your accommodation, balance due on arrival. If the booking is made 10 days or less prior to check-in date, 100% is due to confirm the reservation. Written confirmation of reservation is issued on receipt of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 9-30 days prior to check-in date, forfeit the 50% deposit paid.
Cancellation 0-8 days prior to check-in date, or failure to arrive, the full accommodation account (as booked) is payable.
