Notes:
The above rates apply to stays of 3 nights or longer. Surcharges may
apply for shorter stays.
We would be pleased to negotiate rates for long stays, particularly during the ‘Green
Season’.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
A deposit of 30% secures a booking with balance payable at least a month prior to occupation. Alternatively, a 50% deposit with balance payable in cash on arrival (unless prior alternative arrangements have been made).
