Premature departure requires payment for the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed. All bookings require a 50% deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
30 days prior to arrival forfeits full refund less 10% costs
30-22 days prior to arrival forfeits 25% of full booking amount payable
21-15 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% of full booking amount payable
14-8 days prior to arrival forfeits 75% of full booking amount payable.
Cancellation within 7 days of the confirmed arrival date or non-arrival without prior communication, then the full amount of the booked accommodation will become payable.
