Le Petit Poucet

Our two bedroom cottage is set in a private and secure 1.5 acre garden with magnificent mountain views. It is conveniently situated just a short drive from Constantia Village and Cavendish shopping centres. The cottage has its own secluded courtyard which overlooks the lush garden with mountain views and a sparkling swimming pool. It is comfortably furnished and fully equipped for self-catering, offering accommodation for up to four persons, children are most welcome. There is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and lounge that leads onto a private outside patio with braai (BBQ) facilities. The kitchen features a stove, hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
