Just north-east of Gauteng lies the big sky region of Dinokeng, where the world’s largest diamond was discovered. The name Dinokeng comes from the be Tswana and bapedi people and has the meaning of Place of Rivers, the Oliphant’s and Limpopo rivers join here to flow together to the Indian Ocean. Leopardsong Game Lodge is 45 minute drive from Oliver Tambo Airport and 30 minutes from Pretoria/Tshwane on the N1 or the N4 with a good quality road to take you to you destination.
