Total of 6 bedrooms as follows: The manor house has three en-suite bedrooms: Main has a king-sized bed with en-suite (bath and shower); the second bed (kids room) has a double and single bed with bath (en suite); guest bedroom has a double bed with shower (en suite). A state-of-the-art, central media entertainment area with fireplace to cuddle to completes the living space layout upstairs. The Pool Pavilion has 3 bedrooms en-suite - 1 family room to sleep 4, and 2 further en-suite bedrooms which sleep 2 guests each. Downstairs features elegant reception areas leading out to a breathtaking terrace; a spacious drawing room and library as well as a formal dining room complete with crystal chandelier. Exquisite art pieces and antiques further underlines a feeling of old-world elegance. The spacious kitchen boasts an authentic AGA stove, ideal for social cooking, shooting the breeze with the chef or just kicking back with a good wine. Alternatively, the stately mahogany bar, creates an inviting atmosphere to savour a special single malt. Outside there are rolling lawns and a decked area for your enjoyment. There is a secret hideaway with tree walks, a zipline across the dam for the more adventurous, an oversized wigwam / tepee tent to fuel their imagination, tortoises and dogs to love and home baked pizza to enjoy, plus a garden steam room and Jacuzzi to melt travel stress away.Free Wi-Fi is available so that you can watch open air movies or listen to your favorite tracks under the stars, as you enjoy your last nightcap in the warm evenings.

Failure to cancel a reservation more than 9 weeks before the due date is deemed as acceptance and all monies received will only be refunded should we find an alternative tenant for the full period.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of total will be due
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of total will be due
