Le Bonheur comprises top of the range Tuscan style self catering villa. This unique up market home is situated within the picturesque, secure and peaceful Green Belt of the Constantia Valley. The villa is surrounded by top wine farms.

The luxury villa at Le Bonheur sleeps 12 plus guests or has two separate two-bedroom up market cottages, each cottage sleeping four. There is also a one bedroom studio, guest suite which sleeps two. The total villa, cottages and studio can sleep up to 20 guests. The units can be rented separately or combined.

Self Catering Accommodation

The Villa
Six bedrooms that sleep 12 and four bathrooms (three en-suite) including a self catering guest suite that is ideal for large families or grand-parent. Master bedroom is en-suite with king sized bed, two other bedrooms have double beds with the remaining two bedrooms consisting of twin three quarter beds (linen is virtually new). The guest suite has a queen size bed, en-suite with open plan kitchenette and adjoining lounge overlooking pool and patio, with two barbeques. Gourmet kitchen and separate laundry.

There are four patios for different times of the day, overlooking amazing views of the backdrop of Table Mountain. Large heated pool (12 x 5m) which boasts different colours at night and a covered jacuzzi. Indoor and outdoor fire places.

Two executive fitted bars which lead onto a patio overlooking the pool. One inside bar and one outside bar on west patio which is ideal for entertaining in secluded tranquil setting that will take your breath away. The protected patios let you relax and enjoy your well deserved rest, overlooking tranquil surrounds of heated pool and Jacuzzi.

Climb the spiral staircase up to the top patio for 360 degree views of the backdrop of Table Mountain while sipping sundowners on your recliner. The rooftop patio has loungers, tables and chairs and unbelievable views of the surrounding mountains.

There is off street and secure parking with high perimeter walls, high security and large secure gate with intercom/video system to screen your guests. Surround sound system, large LCD TV that can be viewed from lounge and patio, most bedrooms boast their own TV with magnificent views of mountains and manicured garden.

Jacko the African Grey parrot is there to greet you and keep you entertained during your stay. A maid service is also available from Monday to Friday at nominal fee. Saturdays charged as extra fee.

THE COTTAGE
There are two identical cottages, one called Lemon Cottage (downstairs) and the other Lavender Cottage (upstairs) which are separate from the main house with their own entrance. Each cottage is 100 square meters, sleeps four, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The cottages have a fully equipped open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, fire place, large TV with DStv and 24 hour WI-FI. The down stairs cottage has a tranquil back patio with braai / barbeque whilst the upstairs cottage has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and back drop of Table Mountain.

There is off street and secure parking with high perimeter walls, high security and a large secure gate with intercom/video system to screen your guests. Maid service is also available from Monday to Friday at nominal fee. Saturdays charged as extra fee.

Lime Cottage
The new cottage, Lime Cottage is 5 star and has the latest in décor and furniture. It has two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and the main bedroom has a dressing room. Beds are one King size extra length and one Queen size extra length with Memory foam pillow tops. There is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room going out onto covered patio and barbeque.

THE GUEST SUITE
Sleeps two (queen size bed) with en-suite bathroom. The suite is furnished with a couch and dining table and has an open plan kitchen. There is a covered patio, overlooking a heated pool. There is off street and secure parking with high perimeter walls, high security and a large secure gate with intercom/video system to screen your guests. Maid service is also available from Monday to Friday at nominal fee. Saturdays charged as extra fee.

LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS

Le Bonheur is protected from the summer winds, making it an ideal venue for both summer and winter vacations and within easy traveling distances to many of the well-known sight-seeing spots found in the "Mother City". Le Bonheur is ideal for film shoots, company conferences, weddings or just for the family, couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and having a holiday of a lifetime.
