This affordable fully equipped self catering apartment is on the first floor and is 50m from the beach. Strand is a popular holiday and fishing town with easy access to many attractions, wine routes, Somerset West and more. There are two double bedrooms as well as two single sleeper beds in the living area. Linen and bath towels are supplied. There is a hair dryer in the unit. A camping cot is available on request (no linen). The main bedroom is equipped with a TV and air con (extra charge per night to use). There is also a lock-up safe in the main bedroom. The unit has one full bathroom with a corner bath and shower. Bath towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels).; ; The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker, crockery, cutlery, iron and ironing board. The living area has a TV, DStv and a DVD player. There is an indoor braai and the complex has a court yard with outdoor braai facility as well. There is a lock up garage for one vehicle. Some of the larger vehicles do not fit in the garage; parking will be arranged inside the complex in such a case.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation

charges apply, as follows:

1. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival,

25% of the required deposit will be forfeited.
2. For cancellations made between 16 and 29 days prior to

arrival, 50% of the required deposit will be forfeited.
3. For cancellations made between 0 and 15 days prior to

arrival, 100% of the required deposit will be forfeited.
