CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 15 days of arrival – no refund of deposit
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival – 25% refund of deposit
Cancellation with-in 45 days of arrival – 50% refund of deposit
Cancellation with-in 60 days of arrival – 75% refund of deposit
Guests departing earlier than their arrival date will be liable for their full account.
