CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Full deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival. No refunds during school holidays and peak season.
2. 50% cancellation fees are charged for if accommodation is cancelled between 8-14 days prior to arrival. Full accommodation rate is charged for cancellations between 0-7 days prior to arrival. All cancellations in writing.
