DIRECTIONS
From Cape Town
Take the N2 to Caledon. From Caledon, head for Bredasdorp. From Bredasdorp take the R319 for Swellendam. After about 6km, turn right at the De Hoop/Malgas/Infanta sign and follow this dirt road for about 35km to the reserve. About 3 hrs drive (230km). For De Hoop Nature Reserve turn right at Buchu Bush sign.
From Swellendam on the N2
6km before Swellendam (from Cape Town’s side) there’s a sign Malgas/Infanta on your right hand side, turn right, follow the gravel road for about 35km and follow the signs until you reach the entrance to De Hoop Nature Reserve.
