A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation on arrival or during the stay, the total booking amount may be charged.
Cancellation 0-14 days prior to check-in date, or no show, forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation 15-28 days, prior to check-in date, forfeit 75% of the deposit paid or 25% of the total booking amount (whichever is greater).
Cancellation 28 days or more prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid or 25% of the total booking amount (whichever is greater).
