CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check in date, forfeit 100% of the deposit,
Cancellations 8–14 days prior to check in date, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellation 15-21 days prior to check in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation 22-28 days prior to check in date, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellation 29 days plus prior to check in date, may be charged a small cancellation fee.
