DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
50% deposit payable within 5 working days of booking. Proof of payment may be emailed or faxed. Balance payable at least one month prior to arrival.
For reservations made less than two months in advance, full amount payable within 5 working days of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Failure to arrive or cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to arrival date, forfeit 100% of the booking quote value.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to arrival date, forfeit 75% of the booking quote value.
Cancellations made 29 to 59 days prior to arrival date, forfeit 50% of the booking quote value.
Cancellations made 59 days or more prior to arrival date, will receive a full refund.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, we will process the refund within 3 working days. For international refunds, a SWIFT bank transfer charge of R200 will be levied on all cancellations.
