DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is required no later than 8 weeks before your check-in date. If you book less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, the total cost of your booking must be paid to confirm your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation received more than 56 days prior to check-in date, full refund.
Cancellation received 29-56 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of total accommodation cost.
Cancellation received 15-28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of total accommodation cost.
Cancellation received 1-14 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 90% of total accommodation cost.
Cancellation received on check-in date or no-show, forfeit 100% of total accommodation cost (no refund).
