DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% confirmation fee is required in order to secure any accommodation booking with Jozi Apartments. The full amount is due by the client and shall be payable not less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. If the full amount is not received, Jozi Apartments shall be entitled in its discretion to treat the reservation as cancelled, and consequently to forfeit such part of the advance payment as determined solely by Jozi Apartments. Bookings are only confirmed once Jozi Apartments has received the 50% deposit and the client has received a booking confirmation form from us. Should the booking fall within the 30 day period, then full payment is required to confirm booking. A breakage deposit of R500.00 is payable at the same time of full amount being paid. This will be returned to the client only once Jozi apartments have had a full inspection of the property and found there to be no damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater). Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
