DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required on booking, with the balance payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit refundable (minus R100 admin fee) on cancellation at least 2 weeks before occupation date except for December holidays when cancellation after 1 November guarantees deposit refund (minus R200 admin fee) only if replacement occupant is found.
