DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

In order to secure a booking we require a 50% deposit on the accommodation rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
Cancellations 14 to 21 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
Cancellations 21 to 28 days prior to arrival, forfeit 25% of the full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
Cancellations 28 days or more prior to arrival refund of full payment due on the accommodation as quoted.
Bookings will be released automatically & without notification if these conditions are not met.
