A single supplement of 50% is applicable.
Children under 12 years sharing with 2 parents @ 50% of the sharing rate.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 60 and 30 days prior to check in date – 50% of the total amount will be due.
Cancellation 29 and 15 days prior to check in date – 75% of the total amount will be due.
Canellation 14 and 0 days prior to check in date – 90% of the total amount will be due.
