This place is a hidden gem. We had such a great stay I promised myself to write a great review as soon as I got back home.
We stayed for 3 days and hated to leave. Location is beautiful and peaceful. Food, rooms, staff... EXCELLENT! We drove there from Joburg, and even before getting there, elephants and jiraffes crossed our path.
Games drives are the ultimate experience @ Inyati. The roofless 4x4s are excellent and take you just anywhere to see game: we crossed a river, sandy river banks, heavy bush. Guides and trackers couldn't be better. We saw the Big 5 many times, and many other animals, even a cerval which our guide said he hadn't spotted in 6 months. You could see wild animals even from the lodge terrace; we saw kudus, an old lonely buffalo, warthogs, crossing the lawn during the day.
Customer service was impeccable and everyone was so friendly, including the other guests. I'm usually not one for crowds, so I loved the fact that accommodation is limited to 10 cabins.
Great extras — Superb details (4-pole beds with mosquito nets, hot water bottles and blankies for cold early morning game drives, mosquito repellent cans in your room). |

We stayed at INYATI for one night only, what a mistake, a week would not have been enough.
This was one of the best days of my life, my wife + 2 teenage children also had a fantastic time. The setting is so beautiful, food fantastic, staff were brilliant especially our ranger + tracker, how they spotted a leopard for us (within 20 minutes of starting our 1st safari) i\'ll never know. Oh how we wished we had not boked our onward flight so soon, we really wanted to stay longer.
