Impodimo Lodge was the highlight of our trip to South Africa! 5 star all the way, the staff were so friendly and nothing was ever a problem, the lodges just beautiful complimenting the surroundings and having the elephants just stroll by your lodge or coming up to the trees just outside your window was truly amazing! Everything felt luxurious from the sheets to the bath towels! The game park drives were out of this world and with only 20 people being able to stay there at any one time it felt very intimate and personal.
2 Nights just wasn't enough, 5 stars!! |

Totally fantastic experience. The facilities, food, staff and location were all excellent, but the highlight was seeing the animals. The rangers and trackers we so knowledgeable, and expert at finding the best locations to view the flora & fauna. To see a herd of wild elephants drinking out of the pool, week-old lion cubs and mom, to watch the fabulous sunsets while enjoying a glass of bubbly, surrounded by giraffes and zebra going about their foraging activities--this is something I will never forget. You can't do this once and not want to go back. |
