CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing by our sales office.
All pre-paid bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, shall be forfeited.
All pre-paid bookings cancelled less than 21 days, but more than 14 days prior to arrival, shall be forfeited at 75% of the value of the prepaid deposit.
All pre-paid bookings cancelled less than 28 days, but more than 21 days prior to arrival, shall be forfeited at 50% of the value of the prepaid deposit.
Guaranteed reservations that fail to arrive are subject to a 100% ‘no-show’ fee on the booked value for the entire stay.
